Repair Form for Meters
In the unlikely event that a customer experiences a faulty meter in or out of warranty, there are two ways to have the meter repaired.
1. Take it to your local Hills Antenna branch and the meter will be sent to Sydney for repair. If the unit is out of warranty a quotation for repair work will be presented to the customer prior to work being carried out.
2. The second option for repair is to send it to Sydney head office directly.
To send a faulty meter to Hills Antenna Head office the repair should be addressed to:
Anthony Sunay - RF Designer
10 Wiggs Rd,
Caution: If you choose to send the meter directly to Sydney, it should be sent by a courier or through registered mail.
Please make sure a repair report form is attached to the meter as it is required before the repair or quotation process can take place.
