Minto achieves 366 days LTIFR free

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Fielders Minto, NSW, held an ‘excellence in safety’ celebration to recognise the achievement of one year without Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR). With the previous best LTIFR being 89 days, Minto has so far achieved an exceptional 366 days LTIFR.

Fielders Minto is dedicated to promoting workplace safety. Each and every operator, loader, supervisor and administration team member at Minto is proud of their individual contribution towards achieving this remarkable milestone. Adrian Mrsnik, NSW Operations Manager, says, “These dedicated Fielders team members have championed the safety process and have developed a culture of safety in the workplace”.

A morning and afternoon tea were held on 5th May 2011 to celebrate having a year without LTIFR.

Adrian said, “We are committed to driving Zero Harm across the business and will continue to work hard to develop the culture of safety at Minto”.
